YachtPro aims to make your sail training or holiday
sailing in Paradise as enjoyable and rewarding as we can.
We take pride in offering you the highest standard of personal attention
possible.
While our standard course formats are tailored to meet most people
requirements, running Group, 2 Student and Private classes. We are
happy to design custom formats to meet your own needs.
We call our charter service Boutique as we are happy
to assist, advise, and plan your sail with you rather than adopt
a pick and go to the cashier approach of the Supermarket.
The enthusiasm and broad experience our team brings to sailing,
results in a range of services that include unique perspectives.
From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, our sailing and
administration resources are available. We are here to ensure you
have a special time and to provide a comprehensive local resource
for you.
YachtPro differs to most sailing companies in that all our shareholders
are active sailors whose stated aim is to promote sailing as a sport
and to further sailing in Thailand .
In Thailand, private businesses like ours generate a family feeling.
Many of our clients return often and have become part of our extended
family; we hope you do too.
Everyone at Yachtpro lives here, and has sailed here for years;
our experience and local knowledge sets us apart.
We operate our own yachts, which we maintain ourselves; we are not
an agent.
We love sailing and the area we sail in and will do everything possible
to make sure that you do too.
The awesome islands and caves of Phang Nga Bay, the beautiful palmed
fringed beaches and crystal waters that surround Krabi and the magical
islands of our Sailing Area are a bonus.

Sailing
Courses
The primary focus of our courses is to enable you to attain
your personal goals in sailing. We are here to teach you to sail
competently, confidently and safely.
We view the internationally accredited certificates you attain on
successful course completion as a testament to your proven ability,
rather than the goal...there is a big difference.
We are accredited with the International Sailing Schools Association,
American Sailing Association and Australian Yachting Federation.
Our courses are formatted on an optimum instructor:student ratio.
We recommend a maximum of three students per course but will take
more on request and we will generally provide instructor assistants.
The application of this instructor:student ratio is calculated quite
simply:
3 students & one instructor for 5 days = Instructor time/Student
= 5/3 = 1.66 days
2 students & one instructor for 4 days = Instructor time/Student
= 4/2 = 2.00 days

Sailing Courses are for those of you with little or
no sailing experience . They range from a quick introduction
to a full 3 day course.
Our popular >>Fast Track (multiple
certificate) Course formats enable you to progress from novice
to quite advanced levels quickly.
>>Live-Aboard
Courses are conducted for on-going training in a real
holiday cruising environment. Whether you want to skipper a yacht
of your own, or a bareboat on vacation, or crew on a yacht cruising
the world's oceans, these are for you.
>>Racing Courses
are run in crew units enabling you to take your new found skills
home to your race course.
>>Yacht
Ownership Courses give you the unique opportunity of
understanding the key factors and skills required to purchase and
own a yacht; learn from our years of experience.
>>Instructor
Clinics will teach you the art of sailing instruction
and on successful completion candidates will gain worldwide ASA
instructor qualifications.
Advice on Choosing a Sailing
School
Whether you are starting or continuing your sail training, it is
very important that you choose a school that meets your requirements.
We know that this choice is difficult for the new sailor as you
will have little or no direct experience of the sport to base your
decision on.
We encourage you to evaluate all your options and ask questions
of the schools you contact to ensure they can meet your needs.

of our facility.

& Charter
Our boutique bareboat service is tailored for couples,
families or small groups and is structured progressively to ensure
you get the appropriate level of service, whether sailing for hours
or days.
Our live-aboard fleet includes both a new Beneteau Oceanis Clipper
323 and a new 343, as well as a variety of performance Day-Sailers
including S 80 and International Etchells 22.

Our program includes bareboat sailing and per person day sailing programs
include:

- Sports Sailing
- Introductory Learn to Sail Lesson
They also includes transfers to and from your hotels in most areas.

These cruises are programmed to let you experience the beautiful islands,
beaches and features of our uniquely beautiful sailing area. They
are designed so people with little or no sailing experience can sail
with us and discover not only the beauty of the area but the joys
of life under sail.

& Events
For the last three years we have run all inclusive packages
that enable individuals to sail the great regatta's in our area
including the King's Cup, Phang Nga Bay Regatta, Phuket Race Week
and Langkawi Regatta.
All experience levels are catered for and a great time is had by
all.
We also have yachts available for charter on a very user friendly
structure.
